What were you doing before you joined Mahindra?

I was a regular college going student constantly writing the numerous tests and assignments every engineering student faces in the course of 4 years.

Why did you decide to join Mahindra?

The Automotive industry in India is one of the largest in the world, and it is amongst the fastest growing ones. The contribution of the Auto sector to the GDP of the country is expected to double by 2016.  I wanted to be a part of this growth. 

What are you doing now?

I am with the Service team and currently working on a project to improve customer satisfaction at our service centers.  As Mahindra is a customer centric organization, the focus on this segment is large and the learning in this field is huge.

How do you find Mahindra as an employer? 

The company and team with whom I work have been a major boost to my confidence and the transition from a student life to a corporate would have been impossible without their support and constant encouragement.  Mahindra helps every individual discover themselves. There are inspirational leaders to look up to.  Mahindra is a fantastic first job to grab!
