What were you doing before you joined Mahindra?

I was leading software development teams for an American business.

Why did you decide to join Mahindra?

Mahindra is a team with excellent capabilities.  It has a good reputation, and it provides a relaxed environment and treats associates very nicely.

What are you doing now?

I am managing the Mahindra Satyam delivery team of South China, mainly focusing on the business of Huawei, the second largest telecommunications infrastructure equipment manufacturer in the world.

How do you find Mahindra as an employer? 

Mahindra Satyam is a very well-managed company.  It insists on its own theory and methodology, while it remains flexible for new markets.  The core team is not only very professional, but also highly responsible, which makes the whole team cohesive.
