Forging new ties


Mahindra Systech, M&M’s auto components arm, continued its European foray with the acquisition of Metalcastello S.p.A, a leading Italian independent gear manufacturer and Engines Engineering S.r.l, an Italian company which designs two-wheelers and develops motorcycle prototypes.
