Arun Nanda
ChairmanArun NandaChairmanThe Founder, Director, and Chairman of Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India (MHRIL), Arun led MHRIL to become India’s leading vacation provider. His contributions have been recognized with several awards including the 2010 Golden Star Lifetime Achievement Award. Arun holds a degree in Law from the University of Calcutta and is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
| Rajiv Sawhney
Managing Director & CEORajiv SawhneyManaging Director & CEORajiv joined Mahindra in 2011. He has 29 years of experience in the FMCG and Telecom industries, and was part of the core team that built Hutchison's telecom business in India. He was later the Country Head of their businesses in Thailand and Indonesia. His last assignment was overseeing the Telecom interests of the Essar group in India and Africa. He is an alumnus from IIM Banagalore CEO, Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd. Mr. Rajiv Sawhney is the CEO of Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd. He is an alumnus of IIM Bangalore and has 29 years experience in FMCG and Telecom. He was part of the core team that built the Telecom business of Hutchison in India. He was later the Country Head of Hutchison Telecom business in Thailand and Indonesia. Before joining MHRIL, he was responsible for the Telecom interests of the Essar group in India and Africa.

Cyrus Guzder
DirectorCyrus GuzderDirectorCyrus joined the Board in 1998. He is Chairman and Managing Director of AFL, India’s leading logistics, courier, and international freight forwarding provider. Previously, he led DHL Worldwide Express in India and worked in the Travel Industry Association. He serves on several expert committees and is also involved in heritage conservation. He holds a Masters with Honors in Economics and Oriental Studies from Trinity College, Cambridge University.

DirectorSridar A. IyengarDirectorSridar joined the Board in 2008. He has worked with KPMG in the UK, US, and India for more than 35 years. As Partner, he led KPMG’s Emerging Business Practice to set up and grow new practices. He also served as Chairman and CEO of KPMG’s India operations. He holds a Bachelor’s in Commerce with Honors from the University of Calcutta and an MBA from Stanford University. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Rohit Khattar
DirectorRohit KhattarDirectorRohit joined the Board in 2004. His began his career in entertainment, and hospitality with W.R. Grace, opening several restaurants in Washington, DC. Returning to India, Rohit founded Old World Hospitality, which specializes in convention centers, hotels, restaurants, performing and visual arts, catering, and entertainment. He graduated from the School of Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management, Michigan State University, USA.

DirectorVineet NayyarDirectorVineet joined the Board in 2007. He began his career in public service before spending 10 years with the World Bank. He was the founding Chairman and Managing Director of the state-owned Gas Authority of India. In the private sector, he served as Managing Director of HCL Corporation, Vice Chairman of HCL Technologies, and founding CEO of HCL Perot Systems. He holds a Masters in Development Economics from Williams College, USA.

Uday Phadke
DirectorUday PhadkeDirectorUday joined M&M in 1973 and joined the Board of MHRIL in 1998. Prior to his retirement in Nov. 2011, he was President of the Finance, Legal, and Financial Services sectors, heading M&M's finance, accounts, investor relations, and legal affairs functions. In 2009, he received the Business Today Yes Bank Best CFO Award for Best Transformation Agent in a large company. Uday holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Sydhenam College, Mumbai and an LLB from Mumbai University.
