Anupam, known as Tino, joined the Board of Directors in 2001. Over a thirty year career with McKinsey & Company, Tino worked with international corporate clients across several industries on strategy and organizational issues and served several governments and multilateral institutions on public policy.
Tino holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Delhi University, a Master’s degree in Economics from Balliol College, Oxford University, and a Master of Philosophy degree in Economics from Nuffield College, Oxford University.
During the 1990s, Tino spearheaded the development of McKinsey’s well-respected and vibrant practice in India. He also oversaw the Asian and Latin American offices, and was an elected member of the Board.
He is also a Board Member of Tech Mahindra and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories and on the advisory boards of Spencer Stuart and Corsair Capital, a private equity firm investing in the financial services industry. He is currently a Special Adviser for General Atlantic Partners.
Tino lives in New York City with his wife, an Indian classical dancer and choreographer. They are both deeply engaged in the visual and performing arts.
