Anand Mahindra
ChairmanAnand MahindraChairmanCurrently Chairman and Managing Director of M&M, Anand started off at Mahindra in 1981 at Mahindra Ugine Steel Co. Since then, he has spearheaded the Group’s growth and diversification into new business areas from a series of key positions. He has received many awards over his career, including Business Leader of the Year 2009 by Economic Times. He earned his Bachelors from Harvard College and his MBA from Harvard Business School, USA.

Executive Vice ChairmanVineet NayyarExecutive Vice ChairmanVineet began his career in public service before spending 10 years with the World Bank. He was the founding Chairman and Managing Director of the state-owned Gas Authority of India. In the private sector, he served as Managing Director of HCL Corporation, Vice Chairman of HCL Technologies, and founding CEO of HCL Perot Systems. He holds a Masters in Development Economics from Williams College, USA.

Managing DirectorC.P. GurnaniManaging DirectorCurrently CEO of Mahindra Satyam, C.P. has built international start-ups and driven turnarounds, joint ventures, and mergers & acquisitions. Before spearheading Mahindra Satyam, C.P. headed Tech Mahindra’s global operations, sales, and marketing functions. It was under his leadership that Tech Mahindra emerged as one of the leading providers of IT and telecom solutions to the global telecom ecosystem. He has a degree in chemical engineering from NIT, Rourkela.

DirectorM. DamodaranDirectorM. Damodaran is currently an independent management consultant. As former Chairman of the SEBI, he helped set the pace for regulating the Indian securities market. He has also been Chairman of IDBI Bank and Chairman of UTI Mutual Fund. He served in the Indian Administrative Service and as Chief Secretary of the Government of Tripura, as well as various positions with the Central Government.

Bharat Doshi
DirectorBharat DoshiDirectorCurrently the Mahindra Group CFO, Bharat joined M&M in 1973. He served as Executive Vice President (Corporate Affairs) from July 1991 to August 1992, when he joined the Board as Executive Director in charge of Finance & Accounts, Corporate Affairs, and IT. He serves on many boards, foundations, and committees and has received several awards. He holds an LLM from Bombay University and is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary.

He is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa and the Bombay Incorporated Law Society. Ravi received his Bachelor of Science from Ramnarain Ruia College, University of Mumbai, his LLB from the University of Law, and his LLM from the University of Mumbai.

Hon. Akash Paul

Dr. Raj Reddy

His research interests include the study of human-computer interaction and artificial intelligence. His contributions to his field have earned him the Legion of Honour award from the President of France in 1984 and the Padma Bhushan award by the President of India in 2001.

Ulhas Yargop

He also leads the Mahindra Strategic Innovation and Research Fund, a corporate venture capital activity. Previously, he worked with GKN Automotive USA and GKN Invel Transmissions, India. He earned his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras and his MBA from Harvard Business School, USA.

He also holds a PhD in Agricultural Economics from Reading University, UK.
