Mahindra Adventure JK Tyre Tri-Nation Escape 2012 flags off from New Delhi
Mahindra Tri-Nation Escape
New Delhi, September 10, 2012: Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (M&M), India’s leading SUV manufacturer and & JK Tyre & Industries Limited, India’s leading tyre manufacturer, flagged off the first edition of the ‘Tri-Nation Escape 2012’ today, under the Mahindra Adventure umbrella brand. The event will run from September 10 to 22, 2012, and it is the first cross country drive organized by Mahindra Adventure. Mr. A K Bajoria, President, JK Tyre & Industries Limited flagged off the rally from the Great India Place, Greater Noida.
25 expedition ready vehicles will traverse three countries starting from New Delhi and finishing in Bagdogra over 12 days. The expedition will cover the beautiful and mystical land of Nepal and Bhutan, the land of the thunder dragon. This drive will be the ultimate test of endurance for both man and machine and gives participants the chance to experience magnificent landscapes.
Speaking on the occasion, Vivek Nayer, Chief Marketing Officer, Automotive Division, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. said, “In keeping with our promise of providing adrenaline pumping challenges and escapes, we are pleased to unleash the first ever Tri-Nation Escape 2012 in association with our title partner, JK Tyre. Being the first international escape, the journey aims to celebrate the incredible landscape of India, Nepal and Bhutan. This is a chance for participants to start their engines and get ready for a drive without boundaries”.

During the drive participants will be treated to the best hospitality. Mahindra’s extensive dealer network will play a big role in making this an experience that participants will remember. The event will be run to the standard of a motorsport event and participants will get to enjoy the mountains thanks to well planned halts.
