Sangeeta Pandey is a B.Sc Chemistry Graduate from Fergusson College, Pune and an alumnus of the 1993 batch from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
Sangeeta is currently General Manager HR, with the Automotive Sector at Mahindra & Mahindra. She heads HR for Sales & Marketing, oversees the Planning and Development cell as well as HR for Mahindra Renault Pvt Ltd. She joined M&M in 2006 and with in a short period has played a leading role in streamlining and setting new standards for entire range of HR processes for the Sales & Marketing in the Auto Sector. Sangeeta is a member of the Shadow Board for the Automotive Sector.
She has more than fourteen years of professional experience and prior to M&M she has worked with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd & Xerox India.
