Shashank Raodeo heads Logistics and Supply Chain Management Function in the Company. A Mechanical Engineer from REC Surat, he started his career with Mahindra & Mahindra (Farm Equipment Sector) in 1989. His experience spans various companies viz. Voltas, Videocon and Emerson Network Power. In his last assignment in Emerson, he was heading their newly commissioned plant at Nerul. He also holds Diploma in Quality Systems Management from NMIS and has been trained on Lean Manufacturing at Emerson China.

At Mahindra Renault, Shashank's responsibility entails procurement of all imported and local parts, setting up and managing the Supply Chain Management System, Inventory Management and Quality Upgradation on an ongoing basis, Complete Outbound Logistics of Vehicle Movement and managing exports for the Company.
