He has done his MBA with specialization in H.R., Bachelor’s degree in Law with specialization in Labour Law & Interpretation of Statutes, and is a Trained Behavioural Analyst from Institute of Motivational Learning, Singapore

Prior to joining Mahindra & Mahindra he worked with Leading Multinational and Indian Companies like ACC, Burroughs Welcome (I) Ltd, Castrol India Ltd, Star TV & Morepen Group.

Mr. Prince Augustin has been in a Leadership position for the past 8 years. He has 20+ years of experience in all facets of H.R., I.R., Administration including Organizational Change Management. His areas of interest are Organizational Dynamics and Strengthen Human Resource Management with focus on Change & Transformation.
