Mr. Rajan Wadhera is the Executive Vice President – R&D and Global Product Development of Mahindra & Mahindra, Automotive Sector, Mumbai, India.

Mr. Wadhera has completed his B.Tech & M.Tech from IIT, Mumbai in 1981.

He has 24+ years of rich and diverse experience in Eicher Group in various facets of Manufacturing, Project Management, Vendor Management and New Parts Development. He had been the Head of Operations in large manufacturing locations of Eicher across the country in Trucks, Tractors and Motorcycles.

He was the Director of Supply Chain for "Eicher Motors" based at Indore and responsible for complete Manufacturing Operations including Engineering. He was also responsible for Supply Chain Management including Part Development for new products. He was associated with the Eicher expansions in varied fields of Automotive business.

In Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., Mr. Wadhera was earlier looking after Manufacturing Operations including Quality and Plant Engineering. He also was responsible for Vendor Management in the areas of New Part Development and Procurement.

Mr. Wadhera is married and has two children. He has diverse interests and his hobbies are long distance driving, swimming & Drama and Theatre watching. He is also an auto enthusiast and a linguist.
