Mahindra Castings is a leader in Indian ductile iron casting and ferrite manufacturing.  We run the largest Indian ductile iron foundry serving the global automotive industry with an installed capacity of 40,000 metric tons, strategically located near the automotive hub in Pune.  We’re also one of the largest exporters of fully machined turbine housings.  Our 700 employees work tirelessly to bring our customers the best components.

Our manufacturing facilities in Pune feature a state-of-the-art machine shop with software-integrated quality control systems.  We make differential carriers and cases, wheel hubs, turbine housings, and crankshafts for customers like Renault, Honeywell, Mahindra, Hyundai, and more.  Four decades of experience in ferrite manufacturing has made us a respected supplier to the automotive, consumer and industrial electronics industries in India and Europe.  Our ferrite arc magnets and soft ferrite cores are used in Mitsuba, Fagor Brandt, Valeo, Continental, and Indesit products. 

We’re ISO/TS 16949 certified and offer a customer centric, best-in-class development cycle time and support through Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI).  Our flexible plant setup enables us to handle both small and large orders, from 10,000 to over one million pieces per month, so that we can provide precisely what our customers need.  In the next few years, we plan to enhance our capacity with additional molding lines for ductile iron, the dedicated shell core crankshaft line, grey iron blocks, and heads units.
