Gears

Our gears business has benefitted from nearly six decades of experience.  Mahindra Gears and Transmissions Ltd manufactures reliable, high quality gears and transmission components for global original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and tier 1 customers.  Strategically located in Western India, our proximity to a large number of OEM-approved raw material suppliers helps us keep our costs and delivery time to a minimum.

Our product line includes spur, helical and straight bevel gears, sprockets, transmission spline shafts, couplings, and power takeoff clutches.  In 2008, we added profile grinding to our portfolio.  We plan to add more value to our offerings by expanding into sub-assemblies like machined differential and transfer cases.

We hold ourselves to the highest standards of quality.  We are TS 16948 quality system certified and conform to the German specification DIN 7 to DIN 9 class of accuracy.
