Contract Sourcing

As India establishes itself as a Low Cost Country (LCC) sourcing hub for a range of manufactured parts and engineering services, the need for international purchase organizations is growing rapidly.  We established our contract sourcing service in 2005 to help international customers source from India effectively and efficiently.

Leveraging our longstanding base of more than 500 vendors from our automotive and tractor divisions, we are able to offer our clients reliable and low-cost sources.  We follow a ‘cost up’ model rather than ‘price down,’ so that our clients benefit from low production costs in India.

Our range of services includes sourcing strategy; identifying, evaluating, and selecting vendors; negotiating long term contracts with vendors; complete support for part development, quality, pricing, logistics, and delivery; aligning vendors with our clients’ specific quality process guidelines; and more. We’ve doubled our turnover every year since inception, handling deals worth approximately US $25 million for North American and European customers.
