Network Technology Solutions and Services

At Tech Mahindra, our network technology solutions and services (NTSS) enable communications infrastructure to interact with external IT systems.  This interaction supports Service Management and Business Process Management solutions for Communication Service Providers (CSPs) and provides for external Value Added Service Platforms, enhancing the end-user experience.

We offer end-to-end network lifecycle services such as designing, planning, deploying, operating, maintaining and optimizing communication networks that help deliver voice, video and data services.

We also provide integration services to enable the real-time interfaces for billing required for prepaid services, provisioning and activation services including network infrastructure provisioning, value added services and network assurance mechanisms for instrumentation, optimization and performance engineering.
