Our nationwide network of 15 branch offices supported by 6 sales offices, and 91 franchisees makes us accessible to customers throughout the country.  We’re also opening up new channels with our group of Direct Sales Associates spread across the country.  Our dedicated, well-trained team of holiday consultations at the Member Relations Centre in Chennai can be reached from a local call number seven days a week. 


Our commitment to our guests’ experience has won us several accolades and recognitions.  Mahindra Holidays was recognized as a Business Superbrand in 2008, and its brand Club Mahindra became a consumer validated Superbrand in 2009.  Seven of our resorts have won the RCI Gold Crown Award, and we received the Avaya Global Connect Customer Responsiveness Award in 2008.  In 2010, we became the first vacation company in the world to receive COPC-2000® CSP Global Standard certification for our Member Relations Center.
