Overview

The Mahindra Group's foray into Information Technology dates back to 1986 when the flagship company of the Sector, Mahindra-British Telecom (MBT), was formed as a joint venture with British Telecommunications plc (BT). In 2006, MBT’s name was changed to Tech

Mahindra Ltd. and the company made a hugely successful public issue in August, 2006.
