Our gamut of services have digitised the healthcare industry. Next-gen solutions such as cloud storage of patient records, remote patient monitoring, and use of big data to track and forecast outbreaks or the success of new treatments – have all made healthcare more effective. Additionally, connecting doctors to patients and insurers through remote monitoring– will drastically cut down hospital admissions in the future.

Blue-collar workers and entry level job-seekers find it difficult to connect with mainstream employers due to the following reasons:

  • Lack of organised database of non-managerial profiles and blue-collar workers
  • Lack of a common channel of communication
  • Inability of the workers to create profiles due to lack of knowledge and proper qualification

108 Helpline – Emergency Response Management

CHALLENGE

Today, 70% of people in emergency situations succumb to death or irrecoverable clinical damage due to delay in response to the distress call. This highlights the need for integrated emergency management systems.

  • A turnkey emergency management solution which leverages on information and communication technology has been developed.
  • Features such as computer telephony, GIS-based ambulance-patient tracking, advanced fleet management systems, mobility and telemedicine, ensure that every distress call is immediately responded to with utmost care.
  • Along with enabling medical emergency response, the solution also integrates police and fire systems to facilitate a 360 degree response mechanism.

108 emergency helpline enables access to medical, police and fire emergencies through a single contact number. The seamlessly integrated emergency response system has managed to achieve the below:

  • Population coverage of 750 million
  • Saved more than a million lives since 2005
  • 200,000 calls handled daily
  • 26,000 emergencies attended every day
  • Ambulance dispatched within 3 minutes for every call
  • Average time to reach the site is 20 minutes

Remote Patient Monitoring

CHALLENGE

The cost of healthcare is increasing around the world. It has become a challenge to reduce the healthcare costs while improving outcomes and patient experience.

  • An integrated platform has been developed to monitor patients remotely.
  • It allows data on a patient to be collected and monitored without the patient entering the hospital.
  • Secure cloud storage and health management dashboards enable easy access to information.
  • It allows the doctor to diagnose and monitor remotely. Connected devices/wearable monitors record and transfer real-time diagnostic data to doctors.
  • It also includes smart gateway to support patient needs for video consultation
