For managerial band, women mentoring programme was launched to enable career guidance and coaching from senior leaders. Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace (POSH) Awareness in this area has been created through a 'Speak Up' campaign with focus on reiterating Mahindra's commitment for providing safety at the workplace for all its employees. The Company has also organised induction training for new joiners, online training and refresher modules, virtual and classroom trainings through our Ethics Counsellors, emailers and posters to sensitise the employees to conduct themselves in a professional manner. Transformational Work Culture The Transformational Work Culture initiative that aims to create an engaged workforce with an innovative, productive and a competitive shop-oor ecosystem, continues to grow in strength.
