Shares transferred/ credited to IEPF During the year 2021-22, the Company transferred 1,20,649 Ordinary (Equity) Shares to IEPF Authority corresponding to unclaimed dividend for the year 2013-14. The IEPF Authority holds 24,57,866 Ordinary (Equity) Shares in the Company as on 31 st March, 2022.
