31 RISE TO CREATE VALUE | Group Strategic Overview Mahindra Holidays For almost three decades, Mahindra Holidays (Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited or MHRIL) has shaped how Indian families holiday through high-quality destinations, efficient resort operations and curated experiences. Currently serving over 3 lakh members, MHRIL is poised to grow alongside the rising aspirations of emerging India. In FY26, MHRIL unveiled its bold aspiration to position itself as India's No. 1 leisure hospitality player backed by a two-brand strategy. This translates into doubling its inventory base to 12,000 keys by FY30. Two powerful vectors fuel this transformation. Growth Vectors • Scaling the Core MHRIL is accelerating inventory addition with a clear path to 10,000 keys by FY30. The launch of Keystone introduces a premium, concierge-led access programme with simpler, more flexible membership options designed to elevate the member journey. Alongside this, the business is premiumising its resort portfolio and has refreshed its identity to Club M, signalling a more contemporary, aspirational and experience-driven offering. • Building the New MHRIL is expanding into the luxury leisure segment through Mahindra Signature Resorts, a new brand designed for families seeking immersive, sophisticated holiday experiences. The business aims to scale this luxury portfolio to 2,000 keys by FY30 as a meaningful new pillar of growth.
