We continue to deepen our integration of Industry 4.0 principles and technologies, building adaptive operations that are agile, future-ready and built to scale. Our facilities are continuously evolving — embedding smarter processes, improving production efficiencies, building supply chain resilience and expanding capacity in line with demand and the launch pipeline. As we grow, sustainability remains a key focus, with technology deployed purposefully to reduce energy consumption, minimise waste and build operations that are responsible and efficient. As part of the long-term manufacturing strategy, in February 2026, we announced plans to establish our largest integrated facility for automobiles and tractors in Nagpur, Maharashtra. Spanning 1,500 acre and complemented by a 150-acre supplier park in Sambhajinagar, the facility will have an annual production capacity of over 5 lakh vehicles and 1 lakh tractors once fully operational. The plant will support our next-generation platforms including the NU_IQ architecture, with the capability to manufacture vehicles across multiple powertrains for both domestic and global markets. Production at the facility is scheduled to commence in 2028. Auto Sector FY26 was a year of strong execution across our automotive manufacturing operations. As demand for our ICE and EV portfolio continued to grow, our plants demonstrated resilient operations navigating a complex global supply environment with agility and discipline.
