Manoj Chugh is the President of Enterprise Business at Tech Mahindra. An ICT industry veteran, Manoj has managed and led companies to leadership positions across diverse business segments including servers, satellite communications, networking and data storage.
Manoj has been bestowed with several industry accolades: Data Quest listed him as one of the top 10 people to have shaped the last decade of the Indian IT industry. He was awarded the "Best IT Man of the year 2001" by the National Foundation of Indian Engineers and conferred an Honorary Fellowship of the e-Information Systems, Security and Audit Association (eISSA), besides other laurels. He has served as the Chairman of SNIA (Storage Networking Industry Association) India and has also been on the Executive Board of the American Chambers of Commerce in India (AMCHAM) for six years. Manoj is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur and is based in Delhi, India.
Keith Douglas joined Mahindra Aerospace in 2011 where he led the business transformation in aircraft manufacturing, service and support. Keith has extensive experience in business transition, restructuring and integration. For the past two decades, Keith has worked in the UK, Australia and New Zealand in manufacturing and support across Electronics, Telecommunications and Aviation sectors managing multi-million dollar business enterprises in dynamic, competitive and turbulent environments.
Rick has more than 30 years of automotive new product development experience in North America, South America and Asia. He started his career with the Ford Motor Company in 1981 after graduating from the University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Following a series of developmental assignments and receiving an MBA from the University of Michigan, Rick worked in Japan with Mazda and in Brazil with the Ford South America Organization before returning to the US in 2006. In 2009, Rick joined the Tesla organization as an engineering director for the Tesla Model S premium EV. Departing Silicon Valley in 2011, Rick joined Mahindra & Mahindra in India as Senior VP of Product Development before returning to Detroit in 2013 to start up the Mahindra North American Technical Center located in Troy.

He grew up in Detroit— fascinated by the autmotive industry and encouraged by an uncle who guided him into the local car culture as a pre-teen.
