Share Transfer System Trading in Ordinary (Equity) Shares of the Company through recognized Stock Exchanges is permitted only in dematerialised form. The Stakeholders Relationship Committee meets as and when required to, inter alia , consider the issue of duplicate share certificates and attend to Shareholders’ grievances, etc. Pursuant to Regulation 40 of Listing Regulations no requests for effecting transfer of securities have been processed unless the securities are held in the dematerialised form with the depository with effect from 1 st April, 2019. However, this restriction shall not be applicable to the request received for effecting transmission or transposition of physical shares.
