The ompany had a total of 19,941 permanent C st employees on ts rolls as on 31 arch 2021. i M PEOPLE KEY MATERIALITY ISSUES The key material issue for human capital was Health and Safety. We have a total workforce of 40,619 permanent and non-permanent employees. 75% of the permanent workforce is unionised. Over 83% of the permanent employees received safety and skill upgradation training in F21.
