All information is filed electronically on the online portal of BSE Limited – Corporate Compliance & Listing Centre (BSE Listing Centre) and on the online portals of National Stock Exchange of India Limited – NSE’s Electronic Application Processing System (NEAPS). The information to the Stock Exchanges located outside India is filed through electronic means or other permissible means. Analyst/Institutional Investors Presentations The Company hosts calls with institutional investors/analyst post quarterly/half-yearly and the audited financial results are announced and on request. Presentations are also made to international and domestic institutional investors and analysts. These presentations and other disclosures which are required to be disseminated are filed electronically with the Stock Exchanges as well as uploaded on the Company’s website viz.: https://www.mahindra.com and as per the Archival Policy of the Company, would be hosted on the website for a minimum period of five years from the date of respective disclosures. In addition to the above, the Company also uploads transcripts of post earnings/quarterly calls and Audio Visual recordings on the website of the Company.
