The Domain – Healthcare program offered comprehensive skill training in General Duty Assistant (GDA) role. In addition, the trainees are also provided training in spoken English and essential soft skills to equip them with the requisite skills required in the workplace by expert trainers. In FY24, 3,500 women received training through this initiative, supported by Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, and were also facilitated with placement opportunities. Stakeholder and beneficiary engagement during the impact assessment process have highlighted the following outcomes for projects initiated in FY24: Employability Enhancement Training – EET • 81% of the respondents reported high satisfaction with training quality, highlighting strong trainer support. • 87% of the respondents reported significant improvement in employability skills such as decision making, confidence level, communication, resume writing, time management, interview skills, job search awareness and understanding employer expectations. • 88% of the respondents reported greater involvement in education and career decisions. • 93% of the respondents reported receiving job placements after the training program. Employment observed across multiple sectors including Customer Relationship, Textiles, Security Services, Sales and Marketing, etc. • 87% of the respondents reported monthly earnings ranging from Rs. 8,200 to above Rs. 15,000, with the majority earning between Rs. 9,200 – Rs. 15,000 per month. • 85% of employers consulted as part of impact assessment study expressed a clear willingness to consider hiring candidates trained under the EET program, reflecting high employer confidence in the program’s effectiveness. Domain-Healthcare (GDA) • 97% of the respondents reported high satisfaction with training quality, highlighting strong trainer support. • 97% reported that the training was relevant and useful in preparing them for entry level healthcare roles as a GDA (General Duty Assistant). • 95% reported improved soft skills (confidence level, communication skills, interview preparedness and workplace behaviour). • 94% reported increased participation in household decision making and higher recognition within family and community. • 95% of the respondents reported securing job placements in the healthcare sector as General Duty Assistants after the training program. • 90% of the respondents reported continuing to work in the healthcare sector indicating strong retention following the training program. • 95% of the respondents reported stable and regular income ranging from an average of Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 13,500, with the majority earning between Rs. 11,000 – Rs. 13,500 per month. • 100% of employers consulted as part of impact assessment study reported that the candidates hired through the GDA training program meets their technical and operational standards at workplace, highlighting that the hired candidates possess the requisite skills required for the GDA roles. As part of the impact assessment, Mission Even (Kaabil)- Skill development in Health Sector and EET has been rated as an “Exemplary Project” for its achievements in FY24. This acknowledgment reflects both the Project’s robust implementation processes and the substantial goals achievement. 5. Mission Even (Kaabil) - Farm Skilling project Mahindra & Mahindra Limited partnered with Naandi Foundation to enable women farmers to use regenerative agriculture practices to improve soil fertility and increase productivity, ensuring food and nutrition security for their families, along with enhanced income levels. The strategy was to train women farmers at regenerative agriculture (RA) hubs which served as farmer resource centres for training women farmers in regenerative agriculture practices and establishment of householdbased “Good Food Corners” and production of carbon rich compost. A total of 25,046 women farmers were trained from Wardha (Maharashtra), Moga and Tarn Taran (Punjab) and Shravasti (Uttar Pradesh).
