Mahindra Pride Skill Centre • 72% of the respondents reported high satisfaction with training quality, highlighting strong trainer support. • 70% of the respondents reported that the training was useful in preparing them for entry-level roles within their respective domains. This includes increased confidence for job interviews, and improvement in performing basic job-related tasks. • 100% of the respondents (Trainers) reported improvement in domain-specific skills of students and their ability to perform entry-level tasks and confirmed that the balanced curriculum, combining theory and practical training, contributed to improved job readiness among respondents. • 100% of the respondents (Trainers) reported that students demonstrated improved confidence in attending job interviews. • 94% of the respondents reported receiving job placements after the training program. • 66% of the respondents reported monthly earnings ranging from Rs. 10,000 to above Rs. 30,000, with the majority earning between Rs. 20,000 – Rs. 30,000 per month. • 100% of employers consulted as part of this impact assessment study rated candidate quality as “very good”, noting that candidates demonstrated practical domain skills and readiness during job interviews. • 100% of the respondents (Trainers) reported training prepared students for employer expectations, and the training content reflects entry-level industry expectations. As part of the impact assessment, Mahindra Pride Programme has been rated as an “Exemplary Project” for its achievements in FY24. This acknowledgment reflects both the Project’s robust implementation processes and the substantial goals achievement. 4. Mission Even (Kaabil)- Skill development in Heath Sector and EET Mahindra & Mahindra Limited has partnered with Centum Foundation to provide skills training courses for women in various states across the country during FY24, aiming to enhance their employability and facilitate job placements. The initiative consisted of two verticals of intervention namely, Domain Skilling (Healthcare – General Duty Assistant Role) and Employability Enhancement Training. Employability Enhancement Training (EET) is done in partnership with colleges, ITIs, Polytechnic institutions (where domain skills were already being taught), and vocational centres to provide employability skill training modules covering spoken English, life skills, aptitude, interview preparation, group discussions, POSH, and digital literacy.
