The programme has been empowering 161 individuals across batches. • Mahindra Leaders Program (MLP) MLP serves as our flagship campus-to-corporate initiative. Designed for high-potential talent from leading Indian B-schools, MLP is an immersive, rotation-based programme that provides early exposure to Group strategy, core businesses, and cross-sector problem solving. • EDGE (Enhanced Development & Growth Experience) EDGE is a flagship talent development programme across the Auto and Farm businesses. The programme plays a pivotal role in strengthening the organisation’s leadership pipeline by systematically identifying, differentiating and developing high-potential leaders who are critical to future business continuity and growth. EDGE selections are undertaken through a robust process, ensuring objectivity and leadership alignment. Quarterly talent reviews with senior leadership enable focused discussions on readiness, next roles, and long-term career aspirations. This strengthens the leadership bench for business continuity.
