Overall Well-Being The WeRise programme creates a positive environment through several celebrations and health & well-being programmes for the employees at the Group Corporate Office. It focuses on enhancing holistic employee well-being, strengthening team bonds, and nurturing creativity, making every day at work more enjoyable and fulfilling. • Festive and Special Day Celebrations: Over the year, we celebrated cultural festivals and nationally significant days alike with engaging and immersive activities. • Health Webinars and Consultations: Free sessions and consultations with specialists from renowned hospitals were organised, covering physiological and psychological well-being of employees. Key Highlights: • Employee health index: A framework that evaluates the overall well-being of employees by examining blood parameters, physical health, nutrition and sleep quality. • Way to Wellness App: Quick access to a variety of features aimed at promoting a healthier lifestyle. • Wellness screening camps: Comprehensive health assessment of employees, aiming to identify potential health risks and promote early intervention. • Awareness sessions (virtual and in-person) led by experts on topics like mental health, nutrition and lifestyle modifications for employees and their families. Inclusive Hiring Practices We actively champion diversity in hiring to attract, retain, and develop talent from under-represented groups such as women, veterans, gig workers and persons with disabilities. Gender diversity within technology and business operations remains a key focus area, supported by fair and inclusive recruitment processes. While diversity and inclusion are key, merit and qualifications remain the foundation of all recruitment decisions. Key initiatives include: • Training for Hiring Managers: The ‘Hire Right’ programme equips managers with tools and techniques to identify and eliminate biases in hiring decisions. • Inclusive Job Descriptions: We leverage AI-enhanced tools to ensure job descriptions have bias-free language, emphasising qualifications and skills to attract diverse applicants. • Equal Opportunities: Every applicant is provided with a fair chance to succeed, irrespective of their background, ensuring a meritocratic hiring process where skills and talent are prioritised.
