We are a team of innovators & thinkers who are working round the clock to bring a disruptive change in Car Servicing industry through technology & digital solutions, creating a 2-sided network – with garages/workshops on one side car owners looking for trustworthy car servicing options on the other.
Currently we have two products from the stable of ADPL: DearO, a smart, cloud based Garage Management system and Carworkz.com, a multi-brand Car Servicing digital platform

YVS Vijay Kumar

Vijay Kumar joined MFCS with 23 years of experience in the automobile industry. During the course of his career, in addition to being profit-centre head in turnaround situations, he has held senior positions in operations, engineering, production and supply chain management. He has also had hands on experience in Brand management, Sales & Marketing and Service operations at HM-Mitsubishi.

Rajan joined Mahindra First Choice Services Ltd. with 25 years of experience, of which 17 years he has spent in Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, including an assignment in Europe. Prior to joining Mahindra First Choice Services Ltd, he was working with Tata Autocomp System (TACO) as Company Secretary and was instrumental in streamlining the financial process of the organization.
MFCSHead – Human Resources and Administration
Rahul joined Mahindra First Choice Services Ltd. with 15 years of experience in Human Resource. His earlier stints were with Shoppers Stop, Kodak and TNT India. He is a B.Sc (Physics) graduate from Mumbai University. He has completed his Masters in Human Resource Management from NMIMS, Mumbai University.
MFCSHead – Franchisee Business Operations
Alok has joined the Team of Mahindra First Choice Services Ltd. with 22 years of rich experience in Marketing & Sales in varied industries including 8 years in the Automobile Industry with Hindustan Motors. He has completed his B.E. from Govt. Engg. College, Jabalpur. He has also participated in the Business Leadership Programme conducted by the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
MFCSHead – Strategy, Marketing and Technology
Srinath was appointed Head- Strategy, Marketing and Technology for MFC Services in August 2017. In MFC services he is leading the strategic and technology initiatives to enhance the value proposition to the channel partners (franchisees). He is also responsible for PR and communications, Commercial and Legal functions.
Dheeraj WadhwaHead - Supply Chain Management
In a career spanning of over 14 years, Dheeraj has built a strong domain expertise in supply chain, sales, logistics with leading automobiles companies like Volkswagen Group Sales India Pvt. Ltd., Carnation, Honda Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra and Hyundai.
MFCSHead – Technical Training, Quality Management and Business Excellency
Rajeshwar joined the team of Mahindra First Choice Services with 20 years of experience in various organizations in the Automobile Industry viz. Mitshubishi Motors, Carnation Auto, Reliance Autozone and Maruti Udyog Ltd.
MFCSHead – Spares Sales & Bazaar Channel
Mr. Nirmal Mohanty s joined the Team of Mahindra First Choice Services Ltd from September 8, 2014 as National Sales Manager-Spares in Supply Chain Management. Prior to joining Mahindra First Choice Services, he was working with Varroc Engineering Pvt. Ltd. as Senior Marketing Manager-After Market Division. He has 20 years of experience in the field of Sales & Marketing.
ADPLCEO – Auto Digitech Private Ltd
Tarun is a young, dynamic business leader with expertise in automotive, aftermarket, franchising, IT and digital technologies. He started as a recruit in Mahindra’s GMC leadership program and is now spear-heading CarworkZ.
Mr. Sanjay Jha
MFCWVice President – Human resources & Business Excellence
Mr. Sanjay Jha is an MBA and holds an Engineering degree in Metallurgy. He has a rich industry experience of 22 years and currently heads the RTO Service business, Implementation of TQM and Human Resources Department at MFCWL. He is a certified Quality Manager & 6-sigma Black Belt with hands-on experience of facilitation of 6-sigma projects. He is accredited as an internationally certified user of Thomas International's "Personal Profile Analysis" (PPA) and its related instruments. He is also a certified trained trainer of “Competency Based Interviewing".
Mr. Shiv Kiran
MFCWVice –President –Marketing, Business Strategy & New Projects
Shiv’s prior experience includes a stint with the Group Strategy Office at Mahindra and Mahindra where he was involved in the development and operationalization of the multi-brand car services business for the Mahindra group right from the conception stage. He has also worked in Sales and Business Development for ICICI Lombard GIC Ltd and AIA Engineering. Shiv started his career with Mahindra & Mahindra in the year 2000 as a Management Trainee.
Mr. Tarun Nagar

An engineering graduate from BITS Pilani, Tarun holds over 23 years of experience across multiple industries in domestic and international markets, across various verticals such as Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, and after-sales service. He has many accolades to his name - having been listed under Fortune’s 40 Under 40 Professionals in India, and having won multiple awards for Best People Manager, Best Employee, and Best Dealer Management across the different organizations he’s been associated with - to name a few.
Sector Level Programs
It is an employee communication platform conducted every six-months where the Sector President & CEOs address the employees. Business highlights, performance and priorities for aftermarket businesses are shared along with the company’s future plans. This is followed an employees’ appreciation recognition ceremony. At the end of the session a town hall meeting is conducted wherein the employees can raise questions and concerns which are answered by the Sector President & CEOs. People network and enjoy the evening with music and dinner.
