Job Sharing or Part-Time Opportunities

For roles that allow flexibility, SOAR provides part-time or job-sharing options. Participants can work half-days with prorated compensation, offering a balanced transition back into professional life.

Your Journey Begins with a Tailored Induction

We understand that returning to work is a significant transition. That is why we have designed a customised induction experience to support you every step of the way. From personalised guidance to targeted upskilling, our program is built to help you rebuild confidence, refresh your skills, and stay aligned with the latest industry trends.

Your Circle of Support: Buddy & Mentor

We believe that meaningful connections accelerate growth. Each participant is paired with a dedicated buddy for six months of on-ground support. In addition, a senior mentor outside the reporting line offers guidance and perspective.

Ongoing Feedback & Leadership Support

To ensure the right support ecosystem is created, participants receive regular check-ins throughout the initial six months to share experiences, track progress, and ensure a smooth transition. Senior leaders and HR teams remain closely involved, offering guidance and support to help participants thrive and build lasting connections.
