Mahindra Graphic Research Design
Mahindra Graphic Research Design, formed in 2008, through the post our acquisition of the Turin based Graphic Research Design, specializes in consulting on automotive style, engineering, CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering), and project management. Based in Beinasco, Italy, we count numerous European and global automotive companies as our key clients, partnering with them to create designs in sync with engineering breakthroughs.
Mahindra Trucks & Buses

Mahindra Heavy Engines
Mahindra Heavy Engines (MHEPL) was formed in 2007 to produce durable and cleaner diesel engines for medium and heavy commercial vehicles in India. As a technological leader, we produce the noted mPower platform, and its electronic common-rail Generation 3 version is the most advanced engine available on Indian roads. Linking performance to prosperity, MHEPL remains committed to a better engine for a better tomorrow.
Mahindra Electric (formerly Mahindra Reva) represents all that the Group stands for: pioneering innovation, accessible design and technology, and global leadership. To advance the design and production of electric cars worldwide, we acquired a majority stake in the Reva Electric Car Company in 2010, and since then, we’ve produced the e2o, an electric vehicle touted as the future of mobility. On the back of our technical knowhow, 2014 saw us enter the exciting world of Formula E in partnership with Mahindra Racing.
Mahindra Vehicle Manufacturers
Spread across 700 acres dotted with over 10,000 trees, Mahindra Vehicle Manufacturers was set up in 2007 as a symbol of our commitment to clean manufacturing. Designed from the ground-up, it brings together the best in technology, environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and operational excellence. With a current capacity of 3.2 million vehicles per year and a future-ready expandable module setup, we have the flexibility to constantly innovate and adapt to change. Noteworthy is our partnership with two regional tribal Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) to facilitate a match between educational quality and content and industry demands.
Ssangyong Motor Company
With a name synonymous with the South Korean automotive story, the Ssangyong Motor Company joined the Mahindra group in 2011. Founded in 1954 as the Ha-Dong-Hwan Motor Workshop, Ssangyong is today renowned for its stylish and durable SUVs, and enjoys a market presence in more than 90 countries.
