Mahindra Intertrade wins ''Best Governed Company'' at ICSI National Awards

Recognised in the Unlisted Segment within the Medium Category at the 21^st edition of the ICSI National Awards

Mumbai, December 21, 2021: Mahindra Intertrade, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. has won the prestigious ‘Best Governed Company’ in Unlisted Segment within the Medium Category at the 21^st edition of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) National Awards. The award was presented by Shri Amit Shah, Hon’ble Minister of Home Affairs, in a glittering ceremony held in Mumbai.
