Founded in 2006, CanvasM is a unique collaboration between Motorola, the global leader in wireless communication, and Tech Mahindra, the leading Indian provider of IT services and telecom solutions.  Together, we provide our clients with a one-stop shop for all Value-Added Services (VAS) requirements.

Our 200 employees work to leverage the combination of Motorola’s telecom expertise with Tech Mahindra’s system integration capability.  We build, operate, and manage end-to-end VAS solutions for telecommunications companies, media houses, and enterprises across the world, and we offer the entire value chain from content to platform to applications to device certification labs.  Our services bring our clients business monetization and enhances the consumer experience.

We operate on an open-innovation concept through three programs.  First, we’ve created an ‘Idea Factory:’ a platform for all employees of the Mahindra Group to post their ideas about VAS segments, turning mobile end users into customer satisfaction consultants who can tell us exactly what users want and need from their VAS.  Second, we’ve initiated the InnoVAS University Outreach Program to cooperate with colleges and universities across India to generate new ideas.  Finally, our Ideas to Apps initiative organizes collaboration with external developers to cultivate new VAS products.

CanvasM is constantly seeking the frontier of VAS solutions.  We run multiple labs to test new applications and devices, and our Mobile Couponing Solution won honors at the 2010 Aegis Graham Bell Award ceremony.  Our Noida facility near New Delhi is ISO 9001:2000 certified, guaranteeing reliable, defect-free services.
