Pune – March 28, 2022: An Oxygen Generation Plant of the capacity of 1600 Ltrs/min has been installed at Army Institute of Cardio Thoracic Sciences, Pune. The plant was inaugurated by Maj. Gen. R. Ravikumar, AVSM, MG (Medical), Southern Command, Pune. The plant is a CSR initiative of Tech Mahindra. The inauguration was attended by Brig Parag A. Deshmukh, Officiating Commandant, AICTS, Pune, Mr. Manoj Bhat, Group Chief Financial Officer, M&M and Dr Satish Pai, Global Delivery Head, Communication, Media and Entertainment, Tech Mahindra. This is the highest capacity Oxygen Generation Plant of the Indian Army. It will benefit patients by increasing the Oxygen ports capacity at AICTS Pune especially for COVID-19 cases.
