That is why we have designed a customized induction experience to support you every step of the way. Your circle of support: Buddy & MentorWe believe that meaningful connections accelerate growth. Each participant is paired with a dedicated buddy, a female colleague for six months of on-ground support. In addition, a senior mentor outside the reporting line offers guidance and perspective, with a preference for female mentors to foster relatable connections.
Ongoing Feedback & Leadership SupportTo ensure the right support ecosystem is created, throughout the initial six months, participants receive regular check-ins to share experiences, track progress, and ensure a smooth transition. Senior leaders and HR teams remain closely involved, offering guidance and support to help participants thrive and build lasting connections.
