As a woman, I carry enough strength within myself to stay inspired. My pregnancy journey was one such example. I worked until the day of my delivery in my previous organization, not because I was asked to, but because I was career-focused. I always wanted to be financially independent and emotionally strong until the very last day, and I could do this only because of my strong mindset. Navigating my pregnancy independently during the COVID pandemic, without support from a maid or family member, significantly boosted my confidence.​

I have always believed that growth must be earned. For me, it came through discipline, sincerity and a relentless focus on delivering value. I showed up consistently, approached every assignment with a can-do mindset, and trusted that effort would open doors.

Equally important was my willingness to step out of my comfort zone. Every few years I chose reinvention through new roles, domains, geographies and leaders. I never allowed the status quo to define my path.
