Mr. Rajesh Jejurikar
ED & CEO, Auto & Farm SectorsRajesh Jejurikar is the Executive Director and CEO (Auto and Farm Sector) at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., since 2020. He is a Director on the Board of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. and serves on the boards of other Mahindra Group companies.
He has diverse experience across Packaged Goods, Advertising, Automotive and Farm Equipment. Post joining Mahindra in 2000 as Vice President – Marketing for the Auto Sector, he progressed through pivotal executive positions over two decades including Chief Executive of the Automotive Division and President of the Farm Equipment Sector. His extensive, cross-sector expertise culminated in his 2020 appointment as Executive Director and CEO (Auto and Farm Sector).
He holds a degree in Economics and Statistics from Bombay University and earned his MBA from S. P. Jain Institute of Management and Research. He attended the Advanced Management Program at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
He serves on the Governing Council of S. P. Jain Institute of Management and Research. He has represented the Tractor Manufacturers Association (TMA) in India as its President.
Over the years, Rajesh has been recognized for the success of the Mahindra Automotive business and charting the ambitious future-ready EV roadmap.
