Mr. Anand Mahindra is the Chairman of the Mahindra Group, the Executive Chairman of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited and the Non-Executive Chairman of Tech Mahindra Limited. His tenure has seen the Group expand domestically and internationally into a range of major industrial sectors from automobiles and agriculture to IT and aerospace. The Group has also grown inorganically through acquisitions such as Swaraj Tractors, Reva Electric Car Company, Satyam Computer Services, Peugeot Motorcycles, Aerostaff Australia, Holiday Club Resorts, and Pininfarina S.p.A.
He has served on several influential bodies globally, including the Global Board of Advisors of the Council on Foreign Relations, New York and the International Advisory Council of Singapore’s Economic Development Board. He is currently on the board of Invest India, the National Investment Promotion and Facilitation Agency. Mr. Mahindra has been named in Barron's List of Top 30 CEOs worldwide (2016) and Fortune Magazine’s list of the World’s 50 Greatest Leaders (2014). He has been included in the National Honours list of 2020 – Padma Bhushan. He was appointed ‘Knight in the National Order of the Legion of Honour’ by the President of the French Republic (2016).
Mr. Mahindra is an incisive business commentator and humanitarian with over 8 million followers on Twitter. Among his many social change initiatives is the Nanhi Kali programme, which, for the last two decades, has provided over 330,000 under-privileged girls access to high quality education.
Dr. Anish Shah is the Managing Director and CEO of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. He joined Mahindra Group in 2014, as Group President (Strategy), and worked closely with all businesses on key strategic initiatives, built capabilities such as digitization & data sciences and enabled synergies across group companies. In 2019, he was appointed Deputy Managing Director and Group CFO, with responsibility for the Group Corporate Office and full oversight of all businesses other than the Auto and Farm sectors, as a part of the transition plan to the CEO role.
Anish was President and CEO of GE Capital India from 2009-14, where he led the transformation of the business, including a turnaround of its SBI Card joint venture. His career at GE spanned 14 years, during which he held several leadership positions at GE Capital’s US and global units. As Director, Global Mortgage, he worked across 33 countries to drive growth and manage risk. As Senior Vice President (Marketing and Product Development) at GE Mortgage Insurance, he led various growth initiatives and played a key role in preparing the business for an IPO, as a spinoff from GE. In his initial years with GE, Anish also led Strategy, eCommerce and Sales Force Effectiveness and had the unique experience of running a dot-com business within GE. Anish also received GE’s prestigious Lewis Latimer Award for outstanding utilisation of Six Sigma in developing a “Digital Cockpit.”
He has diverse experience with global businesses beyond GE. He led Bank of America's US Debit Products business, where he launched an innovative rewards program, led numerous initiatives in payment technology and worked closely with various teams across the Bank to enhance value for the customer.
As a strategy consultant at Bain & Company in Boston, he worked across multiple industries, including banking, oil rigs, paper, paint, steam boilers and medical equipment. His first role was with Citibank in Mumbai, where he issued bank guarantees and letters of credit as Assistant Manager, Trade Services.
Anish holds a Ph.D from Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business where his doctoral thesis was in the field of Corporate Governance. He also received a Masters degree from Carnegie Mellon and has a post-graduate diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He has received various scholarships, including the William Latimer Mellon Scholarship, Industry Scholarship at IIMA, National Talent Search and Sir Dorabji Tata Trust.
Rajesh Jejurikar is Executive Director (Auto & Farm Sectors).
Rajesh has diverse experience across Packaged Goods, Advertising, Media, Automotive and Farm Equipment. He joined Mahindra in 2000 as Vice President – Marketing for Automotive Sector. In 2003, he was appointed Executive Vice President – Sales & Marketing. In 2005, he was given additional responsibility as the Managing Director of Mahindra Renault. In 2008, he became Chief of Operations of the Automotive Sector and when Automotive & Farm Equipment Sector (AFS) was formed in 2010, he was appointed Chief Executive for the Automotive Division and Member of the Group Executive Board.
In 2013, Rajesh joined the Farm Equipment Sector as Chief Executive – Tractor & Farm Mechanisation and became the Sector President in 2015.
He is a Director on the Board of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd and serves on the boards of several Mahindra Group companies in India as well as overseas.
An MBA from S P Jain Institute of Management, Rajesh attended the Advanced Management Program at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and was awarded the British Chevening Scholarship to study at the Manchester Business School, UK.
He is a Member of the Executive Committee of The Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) and has represented the Tractor Manufacturers Association (TMA) in India as its President on the National Council of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in 2016 and 2017. He has been a Member of the CII National Council on Agriculture and is on the Governing Council of S P Jain Institute of Management.
Rajesh has been honored by AsiaOne magazine as the “Global Indian of the Year 2020-21”. The award recognizes distinguished global leaders whose valuable contributions have made an indelible mark on the global business dais.
Mr. Vikram Singh Mehta completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics (Hons.) from St. Stephens College, Delhi University. He has a Master’s Degree in Politics and Economics (Hons.) from Magdalen College, Oxford University, UK and a Master’s Degree in Energy Economics from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University in USA. Mr. Vikram Singh Mehta was until November, 2012 Chairman of the Shell Group of Companies in India. Mr. Vikram Singh Mehta’s career began as a Member of the Indian Administrative Service of the Government of India in 1978.

Mr. Manoharan has been conferred the "Padma Shri" award in 2010 by the Government of India.
Mr. TN Manoharan is a law graduate and a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He also holds a Masters degree in Commerce. He is a Non-Executive Chairman on the Board of Canara Bank, an Independent Director on the Board of Directors of Tech Mahindra Limited and was nominated by the Government of India to the Board of Satyam Computer Services Limited where he made significant contribution towards the revival of the erstwhile Mahindra Satyam within a short span of time.
Mr. Manoharan has also served as the President of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India ("ICAI") during 2006-07, and as Chairman of Accounting Research Foundation of ICAI & National Committee on Accounting Standards of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). He was on the Board of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority ("IRDA") during 2006-07 and on the Committees constituted by Reserve Bank of India ("RBI"), Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI"), Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Comptroller and Auditor General of India ("C&AG") and Central Board of Direct Taxes ("CBDT") during 2006-07.
Mr. Manoharan at present is the Chairman of the National Committee on Accounting Standards and Taxation of the Confederation of Indian Industry. He is a Member of the Appellate Authority, and of the working group constituted by International Accounting Standards Board ("IASB") for making recommendations on "IFRS for SMEs". Ms. Shikha Sharma holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM, Ahmedabad, a Post Graduate Diploma in Software Technology from National Center for Software Technology and a B.A. (Hons.) in Economics. Shikha was the Managing Director & CEO of Axis Bank, India's third largest private sector bank, from June, 2009 to December 2018. During her tenure as Managing Director & CEO, Axis Bank witnessed immense growth in the network, market capitalisation and in consumer lending business, and transformed Axis Bank into a digital leader in mobile banking and digital payments.
Mr. Haigreve Khaitan has done his LL.B. from South Kolkata Law College. Mr. Haigreve Khaitan is a Partner of Khaitan & Co. Haigreve started his career in litigation and over the years has been involved in many M&A and private equity transactions, as well as project finance transactions. She is President and CEO of the Asia Society, a leading global organization committed to strengthening partnerships among the people, leaders and institutions of Asia and the United States. Dr. Desai holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Mumbai, and an MA and PhD in Asian Art History from the University of Michigan.
Shri Vijay Kumar Sharma superannuated as Chairman, Life Insurance Corporation of India on 31st December, 2018. Prior to his taking over as Chairman on 16th December 2016, he served as Chairman (In charge) from 16th September, 2016 and Managing Director, Life Insurance Corporation of India from 1st November, 2013. From December 2010 to November 2013, he served as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, LIC Housing Finance Limited (LICHFL), a premiere housing finance company in the country.
Shri Vijay Kumar Sharma, born on 19th December, 1958 is a post-graduate from Patna University. Shri Sharma joined Life Insurance Corporation of India as Direct Recruit Officer in 1981 and grew up with the Corporation since then. He held various challenging assignments pan India and in all operational streams including in-charge positions at different levels. Working across length and breadth of the country has added immensely to his experience and honed his understanding of demographics of the country, socio-economic needs of different regions and multi-cultural challenges in implementation of Corporate's objectives.

Nisaba is the Chairperson and Managing Director of Godrej Consumer Products. She has been a key architect of GCPL’s strategy and transformation in the last decade. In 2007, she initiated and led Project Leapfrog, which created a playbook for GCPL to accelerate domestic organic growth through innovation and consolidation, and to become a more global company by investing in emerging markets outside of India. Over the last ten years, GCPL’s market capitalisation has increased twenty-fold and GCPL has developed a very strong, engaged and ambitious team, and is consistently ranked as a great place to work. She has also institutionalised design driven thinking and directly leads product development.
Nisaba is passionate about identifying and developing the talent required for the Godrej Group’s future growth. Mr. Muthiah Murugappan (Muthu), has completed his MBA from London Business School. He is B.Sc. Management Sciences from University of Warwick (Warwick Business School).
He started his career in August 2004 with Indian FMCG major - CavinKare Pvt Ltd.
He initially served as an Area Sales Manager in the Western and Southern regions and has worked in the states of Maharashtra, MP, Chattisgarh and AP.
He subsequently moved into Brand Management role and served as a Product Manager for the International Business Unit, covering the GCC and ASEAN regions.
In July 2007, he joined Carborundum Universal (CUMI) as an Exports Manager. CUMI is an integral part of the Murugappa Group. He subsequently moved to the US to handle CUMI's trading operations in North America and in 2010 returned to India to head its Wear Ceramics business where he served till July 2013.
He then decided to take a sabbatical to pursue a Full Time MBA at the London Business School from 2013 - 2015. He has now returned to The Murugappa Group to head the Nutraceuticals Business of Group flagship – EID Parry India Ltd.
For over a decade now, he has been working with startups and Micro VC funds ( as an angel investor / LP ) in the areas of SaaS, Ecommerce, Deep Tech & Consumer goods.
